What to Bring to Your First Visit

Fill out the registration forms above before you come in, which saves time at the front desk. Bring your complete insurance information with you, since we file your claim at the time services are provided.

How We Handle Insurance

Decatur Dental Care is an out-of-network provider. Our staff files your insurance as a courtesy and works with your insurance company to get you as much of your benefit as possible, but part or all of our services may not be covered by your plan, and you are responsible for payment either way. Payment is due at the time services are rendered, and we accept all major credit cards along with contactless payments including Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. Office Hours

We are open Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and closed Friday through Sunday.

Finding Us and Parking

We are in the Winn Way Medical Building at 487 Winn Way, Suite 204, Decatur, GA 30030, on the upper level at the corner of Winn Way and Irvin Way, directly across the street from Emory Decatur Hospital. Coming from North Decatur Road, head south onto Winn Way and you will find us a short distance down, with plenty of parking. There are full directions on our contact page.
